According to the general arrangement of Opinions of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance on Implementing Undergraduate Teaching Quality and Teaching Reform Project (Canon [2007] 1No.), the Office of the Leading Group for Quality Engineering initiated the recommendation of "the first type of professional construction site". On the basis of the recommendation of relevant schools and units, through research, 707 professional points such as Peking University Philosophy are now approved as the second batch of professional construction points in colleges and universities (see Annex 6544 for the list).
