Places and schools that implement the funding guarantee mechanism for rural compulsory education shall, in strict accordance with regulations and standards, not charge students any fees other than boarding students' accommodation fees, textbook fees and homework fees; Students who enjoy free textbooks will no longer pay textbook fees. Starting from the beginning of school this spring, all fees for teaching AIDS, school supplies, school uniforms, insurance, physical examination and epidemic prevention, and other service charges such as parking fees, hot meals, drinking water, etc. will be cancelled, and the corresponding reasonable fees will be included in the scope of public funds and may not be charged to students. "Free simultaneous charging" is absolutely not allowed. City schools should continue to charge fees in strict accordance with the items and standards stipulated in the "one-fee system" and strictly implement the charging publicity system.
(2) Conscientiously implement the compulsory education law.
