Zhaoqing University is a public full-time comprehensive undergraduate university jointly established by Guangdong Province and Zhaoqing City. It is a pilot institution of transformation and development in Guangdong Province, and one of the construction units awarded the master's degree in 20 17 in Guangdong Province.
The school is located in Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province. At present, Zeng Huansong, secretary of the Party Committee of the school, and Wu, president of the school, take "morality, intelligence, learning and application" as their school motto. As of May 2022, the school has two campuses, the main campus and the Xinghu campus, with a total area of 1.200 mu and a staff of 1.732. The school has 20 teaching institutions, nearly 70 undergraduate majors and 10 disciplines.
There are three professional master's degree authorization points in pedagogy, electronic information and art.1In March, 970, Guangdong Education Administration College moved from Guangzhou to Zhaoqing and was renamed Zhaoqing Normal School. After that, it experienced the development stages of Zhaoqing Normal School, Zhaoqing May 7th Normal College, Zhaoqing Normal College and Xijiang University.
In March 2000, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, Xijiang University merged with Zhaoqing College of Education to form Zhaoqing College at the undergraduate level. By 2022, Zhaoqing University ranked 400th in China University in 2022. Zhaoqing University is a full-time public comprehensive university, founded in 1970, located in Zhaoqing, a city in the Pearl River Delta, Guangdong Province (90km away from Guangzhou).
