In order to explore the establishment of a long-term mechanism for school safety work and improve the level of school safety education and management, it is decided to organize some primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in the province to participate in the "Twelfth Five-Year" scientific research planning project of China Education Association "School Safety Education and Application Research on Campus Safety Prevention". The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. Mode of activities

The education administrative departments of cities under provincial jurisdiction, pilot counties under provincial jurisdiction and key counties with expanded power should organize 5- 10 local primary and secondary schools and kindergartens on the basis of doing a good job in safety management, and actively carry out safety education and applied research on safety precautions in traffic safety, fire safety, prevention of crowding and trampling, prevention of drowning, prevention of epidemic situation, food hygiene and prevention of campus violence. As a sub-topic of the "Twelfth Five-Year" scientific research planning project of China Education Association, the application, project establishment and research are carried out, and the school safety work is done systematically and scientifically with the research of the sub-topic as the breakthrough point.
