1990, Qin Li was born in bacheng town, Kunshan City, Jiangsu Province, which is the birthplace of Kunqu Opera. 200 1,1/Qin Li, aged 200/1,entered the drama interest class run by Shipai Central Primary School in bacheng town to receive basic drama training. In 2002, Qin Li, aged 12, promised her mother that she would not delay her studies in order to continue studying opera at school.
In 2004, Qin Li was admitted to Shanghai Theatre Academy to study Kunqu Opera. Since then, she was selected by Cai Zhengren, then the president of Shanghai Kunqu Opera College, and became the fifth generation "Du Liniang" of the college.

1, Looking at the Sky is a TV series directed by Lu Jiang and starring Qin Li and Lin Shen, with autism as the central topic of the whole work.
