Among them, freshmen and sophomores report on March 5th (Friday), and other sophomores report on March 6th (Saturday). March 7th (Sunday) is the time for all undergraduate and graduate students outside the province and all undergraduate and higher vocational students in the railway campus to report back to school. /kloc-the day before returning to school (after February 19), students who are still in high-risk areas will be suspended from returning to school, and the students themselves will go to their college to go through the leave formalities. Article 42 In the event of an outbreak or epidemic of infectious diseases, the local people's governments at or above the county level shall immediately organize forces to carry out prevention and control in accordance with the prevention and control plan and cut off the transmission route of infectious diseases. Article 45 In the event of an outbreak or epidemic of infectious diseases, the State Council has the right to urgently mobilize personnel or reserve materials and temporarily requisition houses, vehicles and related facilities and equipment throughout the country or across provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.
