1. Make students receive profound professional ideological education, establish the belief of dedication to education, and enhance their adaptability to primary education.
2. Enable students to comprehensively apply the basic knowledge, theories and skills they have learned to education and teaching practice, and cultivate their ability to work independently in primary education.
3. Guide students to seriously study and study educational science, explore educational laws, and summarize the preliminary experience of primary education reform.
4. Comprehensively check the school-running ideas and training specifications of teacher education in colleges and universities, obtain feedback information in time, continuously improve school education and improve the quality of teacher education.
Second, the form of internship
In principle, the organizational form of educational practice in our department adopts the combination of "returning to county practice" and "centralized organization", with the centralized practice led by college instructors as the main form.
Third, the organization and management
1. The Academic Affairs Office is responsible for the organization and management of educational practice.
2. The college set up an internship leading group to be fully responsible for the educational internship of primary education majors. The leading group consists of the vice-president of teaching, the deputy director of the department, the director of the teaching and research section and the head teacher of the graduating class of the department of primary education, with the vice-president of teaching as the leader.
The internship leading group specifically studies and arranges internship work.
3. Interns set up an intern group with the internship school as the unit, and selected 1-2 leaders to be responsible for the ideological, business and life work of the interns in this group.
4. One semester before the internship, the Academic Affairs Office is responsible for determining the number of internship schools and interns according to the internship plan and the specific conditions of each internship school. Once implemented, it shall not be changed without authorization. If there is any difficulty, the adjustment can only be made with the consent of the Academic Affairs Office.
5. The College mobilized before the internship one semester before the internship, implemented the guidance of teachers and internship leaders, and timely went to various internship schools to implement the teaching content, teaching progress, teaching classes, accommodation and other work of interns.
6. The Academic Affairs Office is responsible for the overall arrangement and scheduling of interns' entry points, and the teacher responsible for each internship is responsible for sending interns to various internship schools and taking them back to the schools.
7. During the internship, the leading tutor should carefully organize the open classes and lectures of interns. Every intern should give lectures to the internship school and listen carefully to the opinions of the leaders and instructors of the internship school.
8. The time for interns to return to school shall be implemented according to the Notice on the End of Educational Practice issued by the Academic Affairs Office. Without the consent of the academic affairs office, you may not end your internship without authorization and return to school early. Those who return to school without authorization shall be punished as truancy; Teachers who fail to perform their duties shall be treated as teaching accidents.
Fourth, internship time.
The teaching practice lasts for 8 weeks and is planned to be implemented in the seventh semester.

The contents of educational practice mainly include teaching work, the work of class teachers and the investigation and study of primary school education.
1. Try teaching
(1) Teaching practice includes the main teaching links such as learning textbooks, preparing lessons, compiling teaching plans, giving trial lectures, attending lectures and experiments, as well as auxiliary teaching links such as tutoring, correcting homework, commenting and evaluating grades.
(2) During the whole internship period, each intern has two units of courses (not less than 16), and courses such as science, English, music, physical education, fine arts and comprehensive practical activities are elective at 1-2 (not less than 4).
(3) Interns should carry out classroom teaching practice under the guidance of instructors. We should seriously study the curriculum standards and teaching materials, prepare detailed teaching plans, and invite teachers from the original class to listen to the pre-class and put forward suggestions for revision. The lesson plan of each class must be sent to the original teacher for approval and signature two days before class, otherwise lectures are not allowed.
(4) Interns should insist on listening to each other's lectures and participating in after-class comments. Generally, each student should listen to 10 at least and take part in the review 1 ~ 2 times.
(5) Choose interns with good internship effect to participate in open classes (you can prepare lessons from the same textbook or the same professional group, and recommend one person to give lectures), and make comments after class.
2. The work practice of the class teacher
The head teacher is the organizer and leader of class work, and his main task is to educate teenagers to develop morally, intellectually, physically and aesthetically. It is required to use the theory of educational science to guide the work practice of class teachers, understand the significance and basic contents of class teachers' work, learn the basic methods of class teachers' work and cultivate their ability to engage in class teachers' work.
(1) Each intern needs to work in the intern head teacher of the classroom for four weeks. If two interns are assigned to the same class, they will practice in stages. In principle, the head teacher of each intern should work for no less than two weeks.
(2) The work practice of the head teacher is carried out under the specific guidance of the former head teacher. The internship plan made by interns should be submitted to the former class teacher for approval and signature, otherwise it may not be implemented.
(3) The main contents of the internship class teacher's work are: getting familiar with the students in the class, assisting the former class teacher in ideological and political education and daily management, and actively guiding the students to study hard cultural and scientific knowledge; Organize young pioneers' activities, recreational activities and other extracurricular activities. It is required to make class work plans, hold theme class meetings and squadron activities (each 1 time), preside over class cadre meetings (at least 1 time), and conduct home visits and individual education (at least each 1 time).
3. Educational investigation work
(1) Basic information, history and present situation of basic education;
(2) Understand the advanced deeds, teaching experience, teaching methods and teaching reform experiments of excellent teachers;
(3) Understand the psychological and physiological characteristics, learning attitudes and methods, knowledge structure, intelligence level and political, ideological and moral status of primary school students.
Interns should write an investigation report according to the contents of the investigation. Educational investigation can be combined with graduation thesis, and the time of educational practice can be used to conduct investigation and write papers, so that educational practice, educational investigation and research and graduation thesis can be unified in the training goal of teacher education.
Six, the main tasks of several stages of educational practice activities
(1) preparation stage
1. The college mobilizes practice, strengthens ideological education, explains the purpose and significance of educational practice, announces the rules and regulations of educational practice, and requires interns to seriously study the contents in the educational practice manual, correct their attitude, strictly observe discipline, and influence primary school students with good moral quality;
2. Hold a "lecture" and "courseware making" competition in the school at an appropriate time in the sixth semester;
3. Implement the practice school, practice class and practice teaching progress, so that each intern can define his own practice task and practice content;
4. Make proper arrangements for accommodation and transportation.
(2) Probation period
1. When entering the internship school, please ask the leaders of the internship school to introduce the whole school, and ask the relevant teachers to introduce the teaching work and the work experience of the class teacher, so as to get familiar with the environment of the internship school as soon as possible;
2. Observe the classroom teaching of the teachers in the original class, understand the students' situation, further study the teaching materials, write complete teaching plans and preview them;
3. Under the guidance of the former class teacher, the work plan of the internship class teacher is worked out within two weeks, and it is implemented after being approved and signed by the former class teacher. According to the plan, assist the former class teacher to do the class work well and play the role of assistant.
(3) Internship stage
1. Trial teaching in class: interns should write detailed teaching plans before class, and they can only participate after being reviewed and signed by the original teacher. Interns should invite the original teachers to attend classes, take the initiative to consult the original teachers after class, and accept their guidance with an open mind. In the later period of internship, the internship school will arrange for each intern to give a lecture and hold a review meeting on the lessons he has tried to teach. The trial teaching review meeting is presided over by the internship school, and the ability of interns to observe and analyze classroom teaching is cultivated through the review meeting.
2. Work of the head teacher: interns must work according to the plan approved by the original head teacher, and every time they organize class activities, they must submit the plan to the original head teacher for examination and approval before implementation. Keep records at work and report to the original class teacher for advice at any time.
3. Education survey: Interns should choose suitable research topics according to the actual situation of primary schools and complete the writing of research reports in time under the guidance of tutors.
