Lv Chao, Ph.D., Chemical Biology, Northwest A&F University; Reciting pi, Guinness World Record holder; Torchbearer of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games; "Young Commandos" in Shaanxi Province; Chief R&D expert of ruicheng memory training. On June 20th, 2005, after 24 hours' uninterrupted recitation, Lv Chao recited Pi to the 67890th place after the decimal point, breaking the Guinness World Record held by Japanese friends for ten years. In this way, for the first time in history, the names of China people were left forever. After that, Lv Chao took an active part in the activities of promoting memory method and various public welfare education undertakings, and was awarded the honorary titles of torchbearer of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, "Young Commando of Shaanxi Province" and "Caring Person of Hope Project" successively.
