If you really didn't get your diploma and teacher qualification certificate because of this, you can complain and report. Protect yourself with the law. I suggest you ask the telephone number of your local education bureau, call or go directly to the education bureau. This kind of bullying is absolutely not supported, unless your education bureau also has any interests with them.
