The Municipal Education Commission recognizes the qualifications of teachers in senior middle schools, secondary vocational schools, internship instructors in secondary vocational schools and teachers in institutions of higher learning, and the district and county education commissions (education bureaus) recognize the qualifications of kindergarten teachers, primary school teachers and junior high school teachers.
