Guangzhou Xiaoshengchu policy in 2022 is as follows:

1, most public schools have requirements for household registration, but some non-popular public schools will also recruit foreign students;

2, private junior high school enrollment in principle for the local area, private schools that do not have boarding conditions shall not enroll students across regions; Private schools that have boarding conditions and do have cross-regional enrollment needs, and the cross-regional enrollment plan does not exceed 50% of the total plan;

3. For private compulsory education schools whose enrollment scale exceeds the enrollment plan, the enrollment plan is randomly enrolled by computer allocation.

Legal basis: Article 10 of the Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) Municipality on Household Registration.

If a citizen moves out of the place under the jurisdiction of the household registration, he or the head of the household shall apply to the household registration authority for emigration registration, obtain a migration certificate and cancel the household registration.

Citizens who move from rural areas to cities must apply to the permanent residence registration authority for moving out with the employment certificate of the urban labor department, the school admission certificate, or the approval certificate of the urban household registration authority.

Citizens moving to border areas must be approved by the public security organs of the counties, cities and municipal districts where they live.
