NEC Lenovo Japan group:

NEC Lenovo Japan Group is a joint venture between China Lenovo and Japanese technology giant NEC, headquartered in the Netherlands.

Lenovo will hold 5 1% in the joint venture company, and NEC will hold 49%. Hideki Takasu, the current president of NEC Personal Products Company, will be the CEO and CEO of the new company, and Roderick Lappin, the current president of Lenovo Japan Company, will be the executive chairman of the joint venture company.

Company introduction:

The group will be subordinate to a new company registered in the Netherlands, named Lenovo NEC Holdings B.V.

Lenovo (Japan) Co., Ltd. and NEC Personal Computer Co., Ltd., which spin off PC business from NEC Personal Products Company, will become wholly-owned subsidiaries of the joint venture company. Lenovo will hold 5 1% in the joint venture company, and NEC will hold 49%.
