Improve the mechanism of "three invitations, three decisions and three platforms"

Qinglong Road Primary School in Nan 'an District is one of the earliest schools in Chongqing to set up "parental supervision". Six years ago, the school set up a "parent supervision room", established a "three requests, three decisions and three platforms" parent supervision mechanism, defined the qualifications, conditions, roles and responsibilities of parent supervision, and built a relatively complete parent supervision team.

"Three Invitations" means to employ parents who are responsible, professional and enterprising as parents' inspectors. The term of parental supervision is two years, and voluntary service, voluntary appointment and assessment are implemented. In the past six years, the school has hired 48 parents to supervise the school.

"Three decisions", that is, the supervision work is carried out in a fixed time, content and way. Parents and inspectors form a supervision group to "see, listen, check, visit and test" in school classrooms, offices, activity places and campuses every two weeks and Thursdays, implement the supervision plan, complete the supervision content, and participate in school development planning, cadre selection and appointment and other activities. In the past six years, parent inspectors have visited the school 180 times, held parent seminars 12 times, audited 248 teacher classes, conducted special inspections on campus safety 18 times, and submitted 20 written reports 120 times. The supervision report and evaluation results of parents' inspectors are directly applied to the school's decisions, as well as the performance appraisal and evaluation of teachers.

"Three platforms" is to build three platforms for co-education between home and school, including parents' courses, parents' schools and parents' deeds. According to parents' specialties, the school offers courses such as baking and handicrafts 13 for parents, and employs parents as tutors for special activities. Parents' schools organize parent-teacher conferences, home-school joint conferences, parents' think tanks, parents' festivals and other activities.
