Article 6 The teaching allowance shall be paid every year on the basis of 12 months, once every semester for 6 months.

The education administrative departments of all districts (including the Public Utilities Bureau of the New District, hereinafter referred to as the district education administrative departments) should do a good job in organizing the qualification examination of teachers' teaching allowances to ensure that the teaching allowances are paid in place before the end of the semester.

The procedures for qualification examination and fund allocation are as follows: (1) Each school shall conduct a preliminary examination of the qualifications of teachers in this school as required, and the list of qualified teachers in the preliminary examination shall be publicized in the school for not less than 5 days. If there is no objection after publicity, it shall be submitted to the district education administrative department for examination together with relevant materials; (two) the district education administrative department shall review the materials submitted by the school and determine the preliminary list, which shall be publicized on the district education portal for not less than 5 days. After publicity without objection, it shall be reported to the district finance department for disbursement of funds; (3) The financial department of each district shall, within 20 working days after receiving the list and payment standard provided by the district education administrative department, allocate funds to the school according to the procedures, which will be distributed to individuals by the school.
