If the employee has been sick for more than two months, the salary during the sick leave period shall be paid according to the following standards from the third month: 90% of the salary shall be paid if the employee has worked for less than ten years; Those who have worked for ten years will be paid as usual.
If a staff member has been sick for more than six months, the salary during the sick leave period shall be paid according to the following standards from the seventh month: 70% of the salary shall be paid if he has worked for less than ten years; If you have worked for more than ten years, you will be paid 80% of your salary; 1945 90% of the salary for those who participated in the revolutionary work before September 2.

Twenty-fifth workers in any of the following circumstances, the employer may terminate the labor contract:
(a) during the probation period, it is proved that it does not meet the employment conditions;
(two) a serious violation of labor discipline or the rules and regulations of the employer;
(three) serious dereliction of duty, corruption, causing great damage to the interests of the employer;
(4) Being investigated for criminal responsibility according to law.
Article 48 The State implements the minimum wage guarantee system. The specific standard of the minimum wage shall be formulated by the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government and reported to the State Council for the record.
The wages paid by the employer to the workers shall not be lower than the local minimum wage.
