The evaluation system for promoting teachers' sustainable development should include the following four work links.
First, clear the evaluation content and evaluation criteria.
This curriculum reform puts forward new and higher requirements for teachers, and the role of teachers has undergone fundamental changes. Teachers not only impart knowledge, but also promote students' learning. Teachers are not only traditional educators, but also learners and researchers in the new teaching relationship. Teachers are not only organizers and executors of curriculum implementation, but also developers and creators of curriculum. The new curriculum puts forward all-round requirements for teachers. Teachers' work has become more creative, and teachers' personality and personal values, moral values and professional development have been highly valued. Therefore, the evaluation system to promote teachers' continuous improvement is no longer based on students' academic performance as the only criterion to evaluate teachers' level, but based on the requirements of the new curriculum for teachers' own literacy and professional development, a diversified evaluation system is put forward to meet the requirements of quality education and promote teachers' continuous improvement, especially the development of innovative ability. Specifically, it includes:
(1) professional ethics. Love education and students; Aggressive and dedicated; Fair and sincere, with a healthy mentality and team spirit;
(2) Understand and respect students. Can fully understand, study and evaluate students; Respect students, pay attention to individual differences, and encourage all students to fully participate in learning; Actively interact with teachers and students to win the respect of students;
(3) Teaching design and implementation. Be able to determine teaching objectives and design teaching plans suitable for students' experience, interest, knowledge level, understanding and other abilities; Create a learning environment with students, and provide opportunities for students to discuss, ask questions, explore, cooperate and communicate; Actively use modern educational technology and choose to use learning resources inside and outside the school;
(4) communication and reflection. Actively communicate with students, parents, principals and colleagues, be able to reflect on their own educational ideas and teaching behaviors, and make improvement plans.
Generally speaking, teacher evaluation is reflected in two aspects: evaluation of teachers' teaching and evaluation of teachers' quality. Each school can make a more detailed teacher evaluation plan according to its own actual situation and development plan, and combine the actual work of teacher education and teaching to promote the improvement of teachers' teaching practice ability and the all-round development of students. Here are some examples to illustrate.
