Safety is the eternal theme of coal mine work. Doing a good job in safety is not only the responsibility of the safety supervision department, but also the lofty responsibility of every manager, and it is an inevitable requirement for building a safe mine and realizing safe development. The primary task of ideological and political work in coal mine safety is to improve the safety awareness of employees and cultivate their safety awareness. Make use of the dynamic role of ideological and political work, arm workers' minds with correct ideas, establish scientific awareness of safety in production, and standardize workers' behavior, so as to achieve the goal of safety in production. I.
