The signing ceremony of Struggle Education and Top 100 Champions was held in Peking University. It is reported that there are more than 500 students who participated in the preliminary test of the "Top Scholar Program", from Tsinghua University and Peking University, mainly provincial and municipal college entrance examination champions, single-subject champions and Olympic gold medal winners. Through layer-by-layer selection, students 100 were finally signed. Among the top 100 champions, 58 are from Peking University and 42 are from Tsinghua. The top 100 champions involve 22 provinces (autonomous regions) and 3 municipalities directly under the central government, among which the provincial champion 16.
