The conditions for receiving employment subsidies include: full-time universities, independent colleges, junior colleges and higher vocational colleges. And graduates who have passed the unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities nationwide to implement higher education. Students from poor families are employed. At the end of the graduation year, students who are still unemployed and registered as unemployed. College graduates should hold valid certificates such as ID cards, and go to the public employment service agency where their household registration is located to obtain employment and unemployment registration certificates.

Local finance and human society departments should establish and improve a scientific and standardized performance evaluation index system and actively promote the performance management of employment subsidy funds. The Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security will regularly entrust a third party to evaluate the performance of employment subsidy funds according to the employment situation in various places. Local financial and social departments at all levels shall evaluate the performance of the use of employment subsidy funds in the region, and take the evaluation results as an important basis for allocating employment subsidy funds.

The employment subsidy subsidy standard is 2000 yuan per person for a one-time job-seeking subsidy, and the application conditions mainly include the following points:

Article 1 These Measures are formulated in accordance with relevant laws and regulations in order to implement various employment policies, standardize the management of employment subsidy funds and improve the efficiency in the use of funds.

Article 2 The term "employment subsidy funds" as mentioned in these Measures is a special fund for promoting employment and entrepreneurship set up by the people's government at or above the county level and managed by the financial department at the same level in conjunction with the human resources and social security department (hereinafter referred to as the human resources and social security department) through the general public budget.

Fifteenth specific standards of employment subsidy funds for individuals and units, in line with the above principles, determined by the provincial finance, human resources and social departments combined with local conditions. All localities should strictly control the expenditure proportion of employment and entrepreneurship service subsidies.
