(1) individual application. Each professional and technical personnel must truthfully fill in the application materials and performance materials, and those who provide false materials will bear the corresponding consequences.
(2) unit recommendation. The unit shall determine a special person to strictly review the information provided by professional and technical personnel and the application materials provided to ensure the authenticity of the information. The examiner shall sign the application materials and affix the seal of the unit. Units in the recommendation, should be publicized in this unit for not less than 5 working days. (When recommending institutions, it is necessary to establish an evaluation mechanism for the satisfaction rate of the masses or democratic recommendation, and the satisfaction rate should reach more than 75%; Institutions that fully implement post management should be recommended in job vacancies).
(3) Audit by the competent department. The competent department of industry shall examine the qualifications of the applicant, especially the authenticity and completeness of the qualifications, years and materials.
(4) Audit by Luzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. (5) Peer review. Only those who answer "qualified" or "excellent" can be submitted to the expert review meeting for review. If the reply is unqualified and fails to participate in the reply as required, it shall not be submitted to the expert review meeting for review. (7) Expert review meeting. All the experts who participated in the review completed the expert review meeting. Luzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau appointed 1 expert as the director of the jury, and 1-2 expert as the deputy director of the jury. Convene an expert review meeting under the auspices of the director or deputy director of the jury. (8) publicity. The personnel passed by the expert review committee shall be publicized on the website of Luzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for 5 working days.
(9) issuing documents. (10) Notice for filing. Luzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau is responsible for notifying the recommending unit of the documents, certificates and evaluation forms that have passed the evaluation. The documents shall be filed and kept by the recommending unit, the certificate shall be issued to the applicant by myself, and the evaluation form shall be included in my file.
Four. Application materials and requirements

The above copies must be audited by the recommending unit and signed by the auditor, and then stamped with the seal of the unit.
(two) the specific requirements of the application materials
1. The applicant should carefully and accurately fill in the Qualification Evaluation Form for Professional and Technical Positions (in duplicate), and the unit where he works should strictly review it, and issue the main basis and conclusion of the applicant's written recommendation, as well as the results publicized to the applicant. The competent department of industry shall verify and review the academic qualifications, qualifications and application materials provided by the applicant in accordance with the management authority.
2. The contents of the "recommendation letter of the unit" include: the applicant's political ideology, professional ethics, work attitude, common sense level, professional ability, major professional and technical work and performance contribution since taking office (the person in charge of the unit reviews and signs and affixes the official seal of the unit).
3. The items provided by performance materials must be verified and sealed by the recommending unit.
4. In addition to the "professional and technical post qualification evaluation form", other application materials should be bound into volumes, put into standard file bags, and fill in the material name and contact number in the file bag directory in turn (see Annex 2 for specific requirements).

(1) Municipal departments and technical colleges should attach great importance to it, strengthen leadership, and conscientiously do a good job in policy propaganda and declaration and recommendation. Strictly review the materials to ensure the authenticity of the applicant's materials. The agent of the unit shall strictly check the original of the applicant's materials and sign and seal the copy. Materials without the above verification, signature and seal are invalid.
(2) All materials shall be reported to Luzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau after being audited by colleges and universities. Personal materials are not accepted in principle.
(three) to declare and evaluate the qualifications of professional and technical positions, individuals must be realistic, fill in the application materials carefully, and sign a letter of commitment. The applicant must carefully review all the materials provided by the applicant, and whoever reviews them will be responsible.
