4. Student card business card printing data and data reporting (1) The business card printing data includes school name, student name, gender, student ID number, ID number and student digital photo, all of which are generated by CMIS. In order to ensure the uniqueness of the student ID card, the student's original student ID card shall not be distributed to other students after the change of student status. Students' digital photos are clean recent bareheaded blue background color photos (the head width and height account for 60%-70% of the photo width and height, the color depth is 24 bits, and the resolution is 640*480 points, so compression is the best quality).

(2) Business card printing data shall be reported step by step by the school and district/county management departments according to their respective responsibilities. All reported business card printing data are re-exported by the school-level card management system after being modified by CMIS system.

(3) Card managers at all levels shall be responsible for the accuracy of data and the safety and virus-free of submitted data files, and shall be responsible for the losses caused by data errors.

Verb (abbreviation of verb) custody and use of student card (1) The student card is kept by the student himself and may not be lent to others. Card management departments at all levels shall not detain student cards or take them back in the name of custody.

(2) The various applications of student cards should be used in schools according to the corresponding management regulations? A card? 6. Issuance, reissue, loss reporting and cancellation of student cards (1) The student cards that students receive for the first time are provided free of charge by the Beijing Municipal Education Commission and distributed to students by the District Education Commission through schools. The time from receiving the superior student card to issuing it cannot exceed 10 working days.

(2) After the student card is lost, it should be reported to the school card management department in time, and the loss report will take effect in the school within two working days, and the loss report period is 10 day. If you need to use a student card during the loss reporting period, the school card management department can apply for a temporary card. If the report of loss is not handled according to the regulations, or the report of loss has not yet taken effect, and the card is misused, all losses shall be borne by the students themselves. The electronic wallet of the municipal traffic card in the student card is anonymous and does not report the loss. Please keep it safe for the cardholder.

(3) If a student's card is lost or damaged due to improper use, he/she should apply to the school card management department for a replacement card, and pay the card replacement fee according to document [2007] No.623 (charging code17401). The new student card will be issued within 20 working days. After consulting and testing by the school card management department, the student card is indeed a failure caused by the quality problem of the card itself and can be replaced free of charge.

(4) When students enter other primary and secondary schools in Beijing due to transfer or further studies, they must report to the new school with their student ID cards. If it is lost or damaged, you should go back to the original school and reissue your student ID card. The identity card is made by the new school.

(5) Students must swipe their cards to register at the beginning of each semester. Unregistered student cards will automatically expire after March 20th and September 20th every year.
