Therefore, the relevant departments under the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Labor of China can recognize or not recognize the SIVC certificate. Similarly, the relevant certificates issued by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Labor in China, as well as relevant institutions and enterprises in other countries and abroad, may also recognize or disapprove the certificates issued by them.
