I know there are three differences:
The first is the difference in students' understanding of the front brace. Each student's educational background and living environment are different, and students' understanding of new knowledge may be very different. We can understand these differences through pre-test exercises, pre-class dialogues and daily chats.
Second, students' different personalities lead to different learning rhythms. Some students think fast and speak fast, but they are easy to surface; Some children think slowly and even speak slowly, but they think deeply and express themselves logically. There are also some children who don't pay enough attention to their studies and can't keep up with the learning rhythm of the class. Educators should have a pair of discerning eyes and grasp these differences in order to truly teach students in accordance with their aptitude.
The third is the gender difference of students. This difference is often overlooked. In primary schools, girls are often diligent, curious, obedient and self-disciplined. Lively and naughty, careless and unrestrained are often boys. This fully shows that there are great gender differences in children's growth. In the process of learning, students' learning interests are obviously different. Take reading as an example: girls prefer to read literary books, with more delicate emotions and more emotional books; Boys prefer reading scientific books, such as science and technology, military affairs, science fiction and so on. And there are more rational books. As far as learning is concerned, girls are better at listening, expressing, reciting, reading and writing, while boys prefer reasoning, sports and doing experiments. In daily education and teaching, boys need room for growth, which includes learning space and spiritual space. Educators should give boys more understanding, tolerance and freedom, and give boys "the least guidance, the greatest patience and the greatest encouragement!"
The best education is to get the most knowledge with the simplest tools. (P- 16)

This sentence tells us that in the face of the reality that the current education is "squandering flowers and getting more attractive", we should have a pair of bright eyes, see through various educational phenomena, return to the origin of education, and clarify the only purpose of education: to stimulate and guide students' self-development.
How to stimulate and guide students' self-development in the face of primary school students? The simplest tool is the educator himself.
First, show him. "It's right, not right". Teachers should guide students' self-development, and they should have self-development consciousness and actions. In the past two years, I have persisted in reading and writing, seriously participated in various trainings, and tried to apply what I have learned to practice, so that children can see that teachers are developing themselves. Children can also feel my progress. Therefore, the class always presents a positive development trend of "I want to grow".
Second, tell him. What I am talking about here is not condescending preaching, but sharing. I often share my learning experience with them, and share my real experience with them when I am excited about learning and when I am writing painfully. There will be a lot of interaction in the sharing process, so that children can know what they want to know. Slowly, they understand that a person has to grow up, with ups and downs, with pains and joys.
Again, watch him do it and listen to him. If the teacher does it, the students will follow suit. Primary school students, in particular, have a strong ability to learn from teachers. Grasping this point, teachers should not only set an example, but also always pay attention to what children are doing, ask their feelings and help them solve problems.
Finally, let them do it themselves. Maybe it is easier for children to do it by themselves than for teachers to do it instead. However, for the long-term development of children, I would rather have 60 points for children than 100 points for teachers. We can never grow and live instead of children. To cultivate children's self-growth ability, we must let them participate, think, analyze, summarize and even fail. As long as children are allowed to experience it, they can really be guided to the road of self-development. .
