The key to improve the quality of classroom teaching is to improve the quality of classroom management. A good 40-minute class is the key to improve teaching quality. Judging from the situation of last semester, I think the students in my class have poor class habits, and there are always a few students who are prone to desertion and lack of concentration, which leads to the inability to fully grasp the content of the class. Therefore, according to the students' foundation and different characteristics, we should set the teaching objectives, make the slogan of "quality in 40 minutes" truly be implemented in every class, put forward the concept of "effective classroom", and give full play to the role of classroom as the main channel:
First, put your efforts before class. It is not easy to have a high-quality class, and it is even harder to have high-quality classes often. Its kung fu should be done before class. We should study the curriculum standards and teaching materials carefully and prepare lessons carefully. Insist on preparing lessons collectively. It is necessary to compile detailed teaching plans, teaching objectives, teaching links, possible accidents in teaching, teaching methods and learning methods, and blackboard design, and strictly unify the teaching plans, teaching contents, teaching progress, teaching materials, examinations and teaching objectives.
Second, the focus of class. Every class should be as high-quality and efficient as possible, and several principles must be observed:

Third, make up for the difficulties after class.
In the process of teaching, it is unrealistic to require all students to fully master what they have learned. Never give up every student, not only to help students solve their learning difficulties, but also to help students solve their ideological problems.
Fourth, select classroom teaching examples, exercises and homework questions.
Examples, exercises and students' homework in classroom teaching should be carefully selected, and necessary comments should be made to improve efficiency.
Secondly, strengthen the transformation of underachievers and improve the overall performance. Underachievers are an important factor affecting teaching quality. Therefore, the following measures should be taken when transforming underachievers:
First, create a file. According to the characteristics of underachievers, establish detailed underachievers' files, focus on finding the reasons and determine the assistance measures.
Second, grasp both ends and promote the middle. At the same time, it promotes the improvement of middle school students' quality.
Third, the hierarchical transformation of underachievers:
1. Institutionalize and standardize the transformation of students with learning difficulties by establishing a system.
2. Monitor key students (students who are not self-taught, regardless of their parents, and have poor grades and behavior habits).

Finally, narrow the gap between poor students and top students. There are some students with poor foundation and low grades in my class. Improving grades is the key to improving class grades. One person's strength is limited, while the collective strength is infinite.
