I personally strictly abide by the eight central regulations and the ten regulations of the provincial party Committee and the provincial government, and implement the spirit of the implementation measures of the municipal party Committee and the provincial government.

Often, due to busy work and tight time, theoretical study and level improvement are relaxed, and theoretical guidance is easily ignored when dealing with specific affairs, resulting in the lack of organic connection between theory and practice in some cases.

Second, the work is not in-depth and the implementation is not detailed. Due to the consideration of school work, group work, special committee work, people's representative work and many other contents, the clues are complicated and there are many affairs, and sometimes it is inevitable to attend to one thing and lose sight of another, and the affairs are busy. For example, in the implementation and execution of the school's five-year plan, sometimes we don't go deep into the front line, sometimes we don't supervise it in time, which leads to insufficient depth and execution, so that sometimes problems in our work can't be found in time.

Third, lack of foresight and innovation. As a principal, only with innovative consciousness and forward-looking consciousness can the development of the school keep pace with the times. However, due to the tedious daily work, it is difficult to go deep into developed areas for long-term and practical investigation and study, and it is also difficult to calm down and seriously study and learn the experience and practices of reforming schools, resulting in insufficient foresight and innovation in the work. For example, in the construction of national first-class schools, the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents, and the construction of school informatization, the pace of reform is not big enough, and the intensity of reform is not big enough.

(2) Bureaucracy

First, there is a distance from students in communication. As the principal, students' information is mainly reported by the class teacher and the grade leading group. Although we insist on holding student symposiums and actively participating in school activities, it is not enough to just contact with students. It is not enough to understand and listen to students, and it is not enough to take the initiative to attend classes and visit students.

Second, deep management is not enough. First, the management of group member schools is not deep enough. As the director of the Management Committee of Shishi Education Group, the management of the member schools of the group is mainly through visits, exchanges and intuitive guidance. It is difficult to lack an in-depth, concrete and meticulous inspection of member schools. At the same time, due to the large number of member schools and the long distance, it is impossible to cover everything, and sometimes there will be point-to-point generalization in management. Second, the management of Beihu campus should continue to deepen. Although I insist on working in Beihu for two days a week, holding video administrative meetings and the general meeting of the whole school, I still don't know much about the management and classroom situation of Beihu campus.

Third, the democratic style of work needs to continue to change. Since he became the principal, he has always adhered to scientific management, democratic management and systematic management, but he still needs to further change his style of "democratic management". In order to effectively carry out the work and promote the reform, the principals' meeting and the executive committee sometimes act in a hurry when studying affairs, resulting in arbitrariness and unsatisfactory democratic atmosphere of the meeting, and failing to listen to the opinions and suggestions of other school-level cadres and middle-level cadres.

Fourth, there is emotional negligence in communicating with teachers. Although we actively understand the feelings, ideas and demands of the faculty through symposiums, staff congresses and individual exchanges, it is difficult to communicate with all front-line teachers, especially new teachers, and we do not know enough about the specific situation of the work and life of the faculty due to the rapid expansion of the school and the rapid increase of teachers. So far, there are more than 500 faculty members in the two campuses, and nearly 30 teachers do not know or understand them.

(3) hedonism

First, lazy psychology, work is not detailed enough. In the process of managing one school and two districts, as the work becomes more and more detailed, the specific work becomes more and more complicated, and sometimes there will be lazy situations. Because there are specific cadres in charge of individual work, occasionally there will be insufficient supervision and depth. In the management of Shishi Education Group, sometimes I am afraid of the road and pay little attention to the three-story school and give little guidance.

Second, the spirit of suffering is insufficient and the work is insufficient. With the expansion of the school scale and the increase of the number of teaching staff, there are more exchanges with middle-level cadres and less exchanges with front-line teaching staff. Although teachers and staff are often asked about their work and life in daily work, the degree of in-depth understanding and deep concern is not enough.

The wind of luxury.

Although extravagance is not obvious to me personally, subjectively speaking, I still have the idea of "better office conditions, higher office equipment and better environment" in my daily work, and I still have the idea of "better accommodation, better diet, convenient transportation and beautiful environment" when I am on a business trip. In specific work, sometimes there may be uncertainty about the standard of official reception. Especially before the promulgation of the eight central regulations, in the communication with foreign units, especially superior units, it is easy to be afraid of neglect when the level is low, and fear of violation when the level is high.

Regarding the problems of "waste on the tip of the tongue" and "waste on the road", I have no personal consumption and job consumption, no illegal occupation of housing and office space, and no violation of the code of integrity.

Third, the causes of the problem analysis

Since the implementation of the party's mass line education practice activities, I have persisted in carefully finding problems and listening to opinions. Although I have found some prominent problems in four winds, this is only a part of it. (3) The subjective world is not actively transformed, and the objective ability is not diligently improved. Sometimes I feel that I have done something for the grass-roots faculty, but I have not been recognized and satisfied accordingly. Not trying to improve one's objective ability is mainly due to insufficient foundation, not combining Marxism with concrete practice, not combining scientific management experience with the rapidly developing educational management practice, and being content to sit in the position of leader and keep working.
