Schools shall not organize and arrange students to engage in emergency rescue and disaster relief, participate in dangerous operations, and shall not arrange students to participate in commercial activities and other activities that are not suitable for students. Students in the school or in extracurricular activities organized by the school personal injury accidents, the school should be properly handled in accordance with the relevant provisions, and promptly notify the parents of students; If the situation is serious, it shall report to the relevant departments in accordance with the regulations.
Article 8 Schools shall not set up management measures that infringe students' personal freedom, and shall not set unnecessary restrictions on students' freedom of words and deeds such as proper communication, games and extracurricular activities during recess and other non-teaching hours.
