After the asset appraiser's certificate examination, it is necessary to conduct post-examination audit. After the certificate is received, it will be audited after the examination, and the asset appraiser certificate can only be obtained after passing the examination. According to the requirements of China Asset Appraisal Association, all asset appraisers are required to attend continuing education and training in the second year after the examination.

Qualification examination for asset appraisers

Asset appraisers need to obtain qualifications after passing the general examination, and the qualification examination is carried out when receiving the certificate.

Candidates should hold the original academic certificate, the original ID card (Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents hold their valid ID cards), transcripts and other supporting materials to the association where the examination is held for on-site audit.

Candidates with foreign academic qualifications must also provide academic degree certification issued by the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education. Candidates who pass the examination can obtain the Professional Qualification Certificate of People's Republic of China (PRC) Appraiser, which is supervised by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Finance and printed by China Assets Appraisal Association.

When obtaining the certificate, the local associations will review the academic certificates of those who pass the examination, refuse to issue certificates to those who fail the examination, and return the certificates to China Assets Appraisal Association.

Those who have not yet obtained the academic certificate will not issue the certificate for the time being, and please keep the certificate in the care of local associations.

Requirements for continuing education of asset appraisers

The continuing education of asset appraisers requires practicing members to receive continuing education for a total of not less than 60 hours each year, of which the continuing education time confirmed in the form of network shall not exceed 30 hours. This year's continuing education hours are only valid in that year.

The main forms of continuing education include: training courses, seminars, professional forums, academic conferences, academic visits or special lectures organized by China Evaluation Association or local associations; Distance education provided by China Evaluation Association or local association; Online training provided by relevant education and training institutions entrusted by China Evaluation Association or local association; Internal training of asset appraisal institutions recognized by local associations.

Graduates can take civil service examinations at all levels of government and work in asset management, land management, finance bureau, state taxation bureau and local taxation bureau.

Graduates can find jobs in various asset appraisal firms, accounting firms, tax agents' firms and consulting institutions, accumulate and improve in practice, and obtain professional qualifications through the "National Certified Asset Appraiser Examination", which has good employment prospects.

Graduates can go to enterprises and institutions, financial securities investment companies, real estate development institutions, pawn auction institutions to engage in asset evaluation and management, finance and taxation, enterprise management and other work.
