Second, the main objectives and tasks

Taking the 60th anniversary of the founding of New China as an opportunity, and taking patriotism education as the main line, we will earnestly strengthen the education of patriotism, national spirit and national tradition.

Strengthen the education of legal system and daily behavior norms, and control the illegal rate of students in school at 0. 5‰, the crime rate is 0;

Strengthen the construction of moral education team, focus on strengthening the training of moral education cadres in primary and secondary schools and the training of mental health education teachers in primary and secondary schools, and effectively improve the overall level of moral education team in primary and secondary schools;
