Essay on Kindergarten Education of Liushi Primary School in Linshu County —— Reflections on Children's Complaints
With the growth of children in large classes, the potential of all aspects is constantly improving. But I also found that the potential of children to deal with interpersonal relationships is getting weaker and weaker. From going to work in the morning to getting off work, I will receive complaints from countless children in one day.

Every morning during outdoor activities and free play time, children's complaints will constantly appear in my ears: teacher, someone hit me. Teacher, someone has a card. Teacher, someone has something on their mobile phone. Teacher, someone knocked over my cup. At first, our way of dealing with it was: keep asking what happened and then mediate. So-and-so, you can't hit people. It's wrong to bully children. Tell him you are sorry. So-and-so, if you bring the card again, the teacher will take it away. So-and-so, he accidentally knocked it down I asked him to help you up. It doesn't matter. However, our desire has not brought peace to the children, and the outdoor activities every day are still full of complaints.

So I changed the attitude and method of complaining, guided the children to deal with the contradictions among their peers themselves, and put an end to their bad habit of making a mountain out of a molehill and complaining with their mouths open. I also explained to them the true meaning of the word "complaining" and made them understand that not all complaints are good.

After a period of observation, the voice of complaining in class is obviously reduced at this moment, and children can take the initiative to solve the contradiction with their peers. In fact, sometimes children's behavior is caused by improper handling by adults, and adults should constantly reflect.

Fu, sophomore class.
