Yuan Xinghua, male, Miao nationality, born in Meitan, Guizhou Province,1August, 958, party member of the Communist Party of China, college degree, graduated from the Party School of Zunyi Municipal Committee, Guizhou Province, majoring in administration. 1980 joined the work in August, and served as technician of Jishui Agricultural Technology Station, assistant agronomist and stationmaster of county plant protection station, director of the office of Agricultural Bureau and deputy director of Agricultural Bureau; Deputy Director and Director of Wuchuan Autonomous County Government Office; Party Secretary of Yanshan Town, Wuchuan Autonomous County; Secretary and Director of the Party Committee of Wuchuan Autonomous County Education Bureau. Since 20 10 was transferred to work in Weining county in July, he has served as deputy director of the office of Weining county Committee, director of the policy research office of the county Committee, member of the party group of Weining county government and assistant to the county magistrate; 20 10 12 was appointed as the chairman of the trade union of the Party School of Bijie District Committee of Guizhou Province (2011was appointed as the deputy magistrate of Weining County People's Government of Guizhou Province).
