How to write your understanding of education?
The understanding of the education profession should be "people-oriented".

The people-oriented principle should have two meanings in the field of education:

First, in the overall pattern of educational development, in the allocation of educational resources, and in the construction of teachers, we should be people-oriented and teacher-oriented, and truly regard teachers as the first resource of education. Minister Zhou Ji made three points at the national forum on teachers' morality: education is the foundation of a century-old plan; Teachers are the key to the development of education; Teachers' quality and morality are the most important. This is a people-oriented and teacher-oriented concept.

Second, in the process of education and teaching, "people-oriented" means taking students as the center, and all education and teaching work should take students' needs as the center, which is conducive to the all-round development of students' personality and the healthy growth of students. These two aspects are indispensable.

For a long time, people often compare teachers to red candles and silkworms, and express people's praise, reverence, love and gratitude for teachers' profession with such beautiful poems as "Spring silkworms die and night candles burn their wick". But with the development of the times, people feel that such praise is still missing something. Teachers should replenish energy while burning themselves to illuminate others, keep learning, lifelong learning and career development, and constantly improve and improve. Teachers are human beings and need attention. This is a modern concept. In this way, it seems that it is not enough for us to compare the teacher with the red candle silkworm. My point is simple. These are two sides of the apple. It should be a combination of these two aspects. On the one hand, we should strongly praise and support teachers' professional greatness, noble moral sentiments and selfless dedication. On the other hand, society should regard teachers as normal people and ordinary workers, and teachers are a professional group in society. Marx believed that teachers should pay a certain amount of labor and get a corresponding share of remuneration from society. At the same time, teachers should keep learning, lifelong learning and continuous improvement, which is both the responsibility of teachers and the expectation of the whole society.
