Starting with the direction of running a school, the scale of running a school, the specialty setting, the level of running a school, teaching management and other aspects, the college has expanded its thinking in an all-round way, and formed a multi-specification, multi-level, multi-form and diversified education system such as night university, higher education self-study examination, non-academic education and training, and professional certificate examination. There are 76 undergraduate and specialist majors in Night University, with students 13086. Examiners for higher education self-study exams: 7 majors (including 12 undergraduate and junior college), with more than13,000 applicants; Adhering to the guiding ideology of "basing on the region, facing the whole country and serving the society", the college actively carries out various long-term and short-term education and vocational training programs to meet the needs of Shanghai residents, and also actively participates in training programs in Shanghai to support the education of cadres in the central and western regions.
