Self-buyer: real estate license or house ownership certificate. If the house ownership certificate is not obtained, the house purchase contract and house information inquiry record shall be issued.

Self-buyers with immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, grandparents, etc.). ): immovable property certificate or house ownership certificate and materials of immediate family members.

Lessee: Certificate of registration and filing of house lease.

Renting public rental housing or low-rent housing: the lease contract of public rental housing in Chengdu city center.

Living in the dormitory of the unit: the property right certificate of the dormitory of the unit that signed the labor contract, and the actual residence certificate issued by the unit.

Recruitment and expansion

When the accompanying children who have enjoyed the unified policy of attending school are promoted to junior high school, they should reapply according to the regulations and arrange for further studies according to the relevant policies of Chengdu primary school graduates entering junior high school in 2023. Cross-regional (city) county changes its place of residence, and the Education Bureau of the current place of residence will make overall arrangements for schooling.

Eligible applicants whose accompanying children receive compulsory education in Jinjiang District shall be arranged by the District Education Bureau. Areas with tight degrees will be arranged to enter (transfer) schools across regions.
