The list of Class B double-class colleges and universities is for the country to promote the construction of colleges and universities, accelerate the reform and development, and promote the colleges and universities listed as Class A to face up to the gap and catch up.
Third, the purpose of setting up Class A and Class B in double first-class universities:
1. Adhere to the characteristics of China, and be world-class.
