Does the Education Bureau have the right to dismiss teachers from public office?
Legal analysis: Education Bureau has no right to dismiss teachers. The decision of the Education Bureau to expel me from public office is suspected of procedural violations. I am affiliated with my school, and the school and the education department are affiliated, but I am not directly affiliated with the education department, that is, I have no direct affiliation and management relationship with the education department. Therefore, the government has no right to expel me unless it directly authorizes the education department to expel me. Because if it is authorized by the government, then the Education Bureau's dismissal from public office is entrusted by the government to implement the government's decision.

Legal basis: Article 37 of the Teachers Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that a teacher shall be given administrative sanctions or dismissed by his school, other educational institutions or educational administrative departments in any of the following circumstances:

(a) deliberately not to complete the task of education and teaching, resulting in losses to education and teaching;

(two) corporal punishment of students, the education is invalid;

(three) bad conduct, insulting students, bad influence. If a teacher falls under any of the circumstances listed in Items (2) and (3) of the preceding paragraph and the circumstances are serious enough to constitute a crime, he shall be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law.
