How to complain about schools in Hong Kong
There are internal complaints, complaints from the Education Bureau and complaints from educational professional institutions.

1. Internal complaint: You can try to communicate with the school. Contact school administrators, academic directors or school leaders, state problems and dissatisfaction, and ask for appropriate action.

2. Complaints from the Education Bureau: If you are not satisfied with the school's handling results, you can complain to the Education Bureau of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. You can complain to the Education Bureau by telephone, email, written letter, etc., explain the problems and dissatisfaction, and provide relevant evidence and details.

3. Complaints from professional education institutions: You can also consider complaining to professional education institutions in Hong Kong. For example, the Hong Kong Teachers' Association and the Hong Kong Professional Teachers' Association usually supervise and manage educational institutions and educators and accept public complaints.
