How to become a qualified teacher

Since I joined the work, I have always thought that as a teacher, I only need to be dedicated, be a teacher, be pragmatic and have a solid business. But with the continuous study and summary of three years' work, I am thinking: the times are changing, and the requirements for teachers are changing, especially for us young teachers. How should we be teachers today? I think we should start from the following aspects.

First of all, be a learning teacher.

Almost all the lecturers mentioned the importance of reading in their training lectures, and these lecturers themselves made us feel the charm of reading. Among them, Ren Xiaoai, a teacher-in-charge training expert hired by our county, is a typical example. Ren Xiaoai's profound knowledge, everyone's tolerance and clever sentences all make us feel ashamed of our lack of reading.

In today's social reality of knowledge explosion and intensified information update, maybe we have busy work and trivial affairs, maybe we are exhausted, maybe we are addicted to entertainment and busy socializing, but as a teacher, we should still enjoy reading with books.

And reading, might as well read something miscellaneous. Reading with different styles and themes can not only bring us rich knowledge, but also broaden our horizons and make us more confident in teaching. At the same time, only teachers who love and can read can teach students who love and can read. Reading is the basis of learning; It is the foundation of education, the way to survive and the most important thing for teachers. Thinking in reading can give us a strong support for a happy educational life! I think I want to be a learning teacher, grow up in reading and be happy in reading.

Second, be a reflective teacher.

If teaching is not reflected in time day after day, our teaching as a "teacher" will enter a state of numbness. If we don't sit down and think, it's too easy for us to go with the flow. If we don't sit down and think, then we have unconsciously done a lot of useless and even harmful work for students' physical and mental development. "A day's thinking is better than a week's futility", only thinking can help us move from ineffectiveness to effectiveness, and only thinking can help us move from effectiveness to efficiency.

With this understanding, sometimes my postscript should not be completed in "supplement", but should be a true reflection after teaching, recording my true thoughts, thoughts and feelings in the simplest language. At the same time, in life, we should be more active in a "sensitive heart" obsessed with education. A trivial matter, a casual remark, can not cause us to think about education.

Therefore, I think I will be a thinking teacher, stop running around, think and write, and maybe I will find more and gain more.

Third, be a research teacher.

Any excellent teacher has a common quality, that is, as long as he has a goal, he will study it to the end. I think, isn't this the direction I want to develop on the road of career growth? In teaching, according to the actual situation of students, classrooms and teachers' interests, we can find the real research goal. Studying the details of classroom teaching does not seek to form a systematic educational concept, but seeks to think and gain something. The most important thing is to stick to your own research direction and research.

Fourth, be a happy teacher.

In the three years of teaching practice, I sometimes feel annoyed because of pressure, but I think we should still be a happy teacher. Because only happiness can maintain a passion, and only happiness can spread the warmth and joy in your heart. Growth must go through a painful process, but pain and happiness are both growth.

In short, I want to be a teacher with ideals and pursuits, a teacher who keeps practicing basic skills, a caring and dedicated teacher, a reflective teacher, a research-oriented teacher and a teacher who keeps pace with the times. If we can all work hard to do this, we will certainly become a qualified people's teacher.
