The work goal put forward in the Opinions is to further improve the quality of school education services, make the homework more scientific and reasonable, basically meet the needs of students' after-school services, enable students to better study and return to campus, and comprehensively standardize the training behavior of off-campus training institutions. Students' excessive homework burden, off-campus training burden, family education expenditure and parents' corresponding energy burden were effectively reduced within 1 year, with remarkable results in three years, and the people's educational satisfaction was significantly improved.
