1. A driver with a Class A driver's license shall go to the traffic management department of the public security organ for verification within 30 days after the end of each scoring cycle. However, if there is no scoring record in a scoring cycle, it will be exempted from the verification of this scoring cycle.

Class A driver's license holders who score points in a scoring cycle shall participate in at least three hours of knowledge study on road traffic safety laws and regulations, traffic safety and civilized driving, and emergency handling. 1, article 70

Motor vehicle drivers shall, in accordance with the provisions of laws and administrative regulations, regularly go to the traffic management department of the public security organ for verification.

When renewing a motor vehicle driver's license in accordance with Article 57 and Article 58 of these Provisions, the driver shall be subject to the examination and approval of the traffic administrative department of the public security organ.

Drivers holding driver's licenses for large buses, tractors, city buses, medium-sized buses and large trucks shall go to the traffic management department of the public security organ for verification within 30 days after the end of each scoring cycle. However, if there is no scoring record in a scoring cycle, it will be exempted from the verification of this scoring cycle.

A driver who holds a driver's license other than the quasi-driving type specified in the third paragraph of this article, who is equally responsible for the death caused by a traffic accident, and whose motor vehicle driver's license has not been revoked, shall go to the traffic management department of the public security organ for verification within 30 days after the end of this scoring cycle.

Motor vehicle drivers can participate in verification and submit proof of physical condition at or outside the place where motor vehicle driver's license is issued.

2. Article 71

The contents of the motor vehicle driver's license examination include:

(1) Road traffic safety violations and traffic accident handling;

(2) physical condition;

(3) The scoring of road traffic safety violations and the participation in study and examination after scoring 12.

Drivers who hold driver's licenses for large buses, tractors, city buses, medium-sized buses and large trucks and score points in a scoring cycle, drivers who hold other driving licenses that are allowed to drive and bear the same responsibility for causing death in traffic accidents, and drivers whose motor vehicle driver's licenses have not been revoked, should participate in the study of road traffic safety laws and regulations, traffic safety and civilized driving, emergency response and other knowledge for at least three hours. And accept the warning education of traffic accident cases.

Untreated traffic violations or traffic accidents, those whose physical conditions do not meet the requirements of driver's license, and those who fail to participate in study, education and examination as required, will not pass the examination.
