Yaopu Town is located at 15km west of Anshun City in the hinterland of central Guizhou, 20km away from Huangguoshu Waterfall and Longgong1/km away from the national scenic spot. It is the only place for tourism in western Guizhou. It is also the only place that Yunnan must pass to the west, with a total area of 97.72 square kilometers and a total population of 6 1.337.
