1. Haihe Education Park is a higher education demonstration zone directly under the Ministry of Education. At present, Nankai primary school has been put into use for enrollment, and junior middle school is under construction. The future Cape Park has 3 primary schools, 2 middle schools and 1 high school. Nankai University and Tianjin University have successively moved to Haijiao Park, forming an integrated education system as a whole, with obvious advantages in educational resources.

3. Cape Garden is all first-line developers, including Longhu, Luneng, Renheng, Sunac and Xuhui. In particular, Longhu Tianchen original project is one of the top ten hot projects in Tianjin and also a benchmark project.
