After you have a comprehensive understanding of your work, you need to learn to grasp the main work. Although the development of activities is not the whole work of student cadres, it is also one of the main tasks. Through the analysis of Mr. Zhao Qiong and Mr. Chao Zhai, from the current situation of our school's activities and our own experience in organizing activities, we find that many forms of activities lack innovation, inadequate preparation and little influence. Teacher Chao Zhai introduced in detail the specific preparation work in the process of activity organization, which gave me an overall understanding of the activity process and also found the shortcomings in the activity preparation.
