Our team, Chengdu Waldorf School, was originally founded by three returned scholars studying in Britain and America. Participants included enthusiastic people at home and abroad and senior foreign experts and teachers. At present, the teaching staff working in Waldorf School generally have rich social and work experience, including editors, university teachers, corporate executives, government civil servants, researchers, individual businessmen, scholars and university graduates who have returned from studying abroad, and foreign volunteers. Everyone came to the school with the love of Waldorf education as the driving force, actively accepted all kinds of learning and training, gradually grew up, and had love and enthusiasm for students and schools, and had a strong willingness to practice. At present, there are 32 teachers working in the school, who come from all over the world. Four of them have completed full-time Waldorf teacher training abroad for more than two years and have certain teaching experience. The rest of the teachers have received on-the-job training, and almost all of them have received short-term training in Waldorf institutions and schools established abroad.

Our institution, Chengdu Waldorf School, is an autonomous school for teachers and a non-profit organization, that is, the founder or core personnel do not pay dividends, and the surplus is used to improve the treatment of faculty and staff and reinvest in education.
