1. The contents of public welfare activities include community service, environmental protection, knowledge dissemination, public welfare undertakings, helping others, social assistance, social security, emergency assistance, youth services, charity, community activities, professional services, cultural and artistic activities, international cooperation, etc.
2. The public welfare undertakings mentioned in the People's Republic of China (PRC) Public Welfare Donation Law refer to the following non-profit projects: (1) activities of social groups and individuals in need such as disaster relief, poverty alleviation and disability assistance; (2) Education, science, culture, health and sports; (3) Environmental protection and social public facilities construction; (4) Other social public and welfare undertakings that promote social development and progress.
3. According to Article 3 of the Charity Law of the People's Republic of China, charitable activities refer to the following public welfare activities voluntarily carried out by natural persons, legal persons and other organizations through donating property or providing services: (1) helping the poor; (two) to help the elderly, save the orphans, respect the elderly, help the disabled, and give special care; (three) to rescue the losses caused by natural disasters, accidents and public health incidents; (four) to promote the development of education, science, culture, health and sports; (5) Preventing and controlling pollution and other public hazards, and protecting and improving the ecological environment; (6) Other public welfare activities that conform to the provisions of this Law.
