The people's governments at the provincial level or the people's governments at the municipal level with districts where conditions permit shall organize relevant departments to compile or adopt family education guidance books suitable for local conditions, and formulate corresponding work norms and evaluation norms for family education guidance services.
Twenty-fifth people's governments at or above the provincial level shall organize relevant departments to co-ordinate the construction of family education information sharing service platform, open public welfare online parent schools and online courses, open service hotlines, and provide online family education guidance services.
