Is the student loan going to the Education Bureau?
Student loans are handled by the Education Bureau. By borrowing money from banks, the phenomenon that college students can't afford to pay tuition fees can be solved in time. To apply for a student loan, the borrower and co-borrower should register with the Student Financial Assistance Management Section of the County Education Bureau and receive the form. In addition, the borrower applying for student loans and co-borrower himself need to sign the Loan Contract of Student Credit Student Loan of China Development Bank. After the loan contract is signed, they can wait for the loan to be issued and paid.

Legal basis: Article 2 of the Interim Measures for Compensation for Tuition Fees of College Graduates and National Student Loans.

College graduates who have worked in grass-roots units in the central and western regions and hard and remote areas for more than 3 years (including 3 years) will be compensated by the state for their tuition fees. If you get a national student loan during your study in school (including the national student loan in colleges and universities and the student-origin credit student loan, the same below), the compensated tuition fee will be used to repay the principal of the national student loan and the interest generated before it is fully repaid.
