Justice has always been the pursuit of mankind. Realizing justice in the relationship between society and education has always been the value goal advocated by educators, thinkers and politicians, and it is also the traditional field in which they play their works. As far as China is concerned, it has a long history of more than 2,000 years since Confucius' educational justice thought of "teaching without discrimination". How to practice the principle of educational equity in teaching practice has also become a common problem for educators. Justice is an ethical principle of fairness and justice when dealing with interpersonal relationships. Teacher's justice refers to the fairness and justice shown by teachers in treating different interests in their own educational activities. Educational justice is conducive to the cultivation of a good educational environment, the improvement of teachers' prestige, the display of students' learning enthusiasm, the moral growth of students and the realization of social justice. Therefore, in the actual teaching process, as teachers, we can achieve educational justice from the following aspects.

First of all, we should respect each student's personality and the right to education.

Only teachers treat every student equally and truly respect and trust students. Students with different gender, age, origin, intelligence, personality, appearance and close relationship can be treated equally, and students with physical and mental defects or underachievers cannot be discriminated against. After ten years of teaching, every time I take a new lesson, I always take a preparatory class. The theme of the course is: praise myself. Before class, I ask my former teacher to know about my classmates after work, such as which students study better? Which students have difficulties in learning? Which students have special circumstances that need special attention from teachers, and so on. But in the preparatory class, I always pretend that I don't know them and give every student a chance to show themselves fairly. The advantage of this class is that these lovely students (no matter how they studied before) always show a good learning state in the first week of this semester, and they can listen carefully and finish their homework in time, which makes a good start for the new semester.

Respect for students' personality is also manifested in respect for students' personal inviolability. Under no circumstances should students be satirized, sarcastic, mocked and attacked with mean and vulgar language, especially corporal punishment and corporal punishment in disguised form. Teachers and students should establish an equal, democratic and cooperative relationship, often exchange opinions with students and students collectively on an equal footing, and adopt their reasonable opinions, suggestions and demands. I remember one time, I announced the revision of my previous homework in class. Just after that, a student stood up and expressed dissatisfaction with the score I gave him. He was so excited that he couldn't communicate with him at all. I asked him to sit down first and told him to talk to the teacher after class. I decided to give him an "excellent" evaluation of this assignment, and told him that he could ask the teacher for advice after class if he had any questions in the future, so as not to interfere with classroom discipline. I also feel much more relaxed when I see this student repeatedly saying "thank you, teacher" with his exercise book.

Second, we should give students ideological education fairly and reasonably.

As the saying goes, "we are brothers and sisters, and we treat each other equally." Teachers should not deal with the relationship between teachers and students with their own selfish interests and good E Lai, but should provide equal opportunities for all students to receive education. Savagery produces savagery, and goodness produces goodness. This is a fact. Here, "love" is the principle of justice, just like a Russian proverb: "Everyone loves beautiful children, and loving ugly children is the real love". Teachers must combine love with strictness when educating students. Love is not out of personal narrow feelings or "natural likes and dislikes", but out of teachers' love for the future of the motherland and the nation, love for education, a noble sense of morality and responsibility; Strict is not arbitrary, but strict with love, strict with reason, strict with courtesy and strict with moderation. Education is not the sale of knowledge, nor is it a simple indoctrination. Teachers should deeply understand students, devote themselves to studying the laws of education, and choose fair and reasonable attitudes and methods to educate students. In the class I teach this year, the polarization of academic performance is very serious. The situation of several students is quite special. Among them, students are young and have excellent academic performance, but they can't handle interpersonal relationships, sometimes showing arbitrariness and stubbornness. On the eve of graduation, the school arranged to take photos as a souvenir, and the class teacher invited them out to take photos according to their student numbers. When it was Xiao's turn, he just refused to take pictures because I didn't want to take pictures with people I didn't like. At this time, I took him aside and explained to him that the class is a collective, and every member of this collective should have a collective concept. The students have studied together for six years, and they all have some feelings. Today's photo shoot is a group activity, and the arrangement of the school has the consideration of the school. As a member of the class, you should take photos together. Of course, after taking the photo, you can ask a few good friends to take a photo together, which will draw a satisfactory end to your primary school life. Third, we should give students a fair and reasonable evaluation.

How to properly evaluate students' knowledge, ability, quality and progress has always been the concern and discussion of educators. Therefore, evaluation justice is also an important aspect of educational justice. Teachers should be equal in the teaching process, regardless of comments, rules and scores, regardless of personal feelings and norms.

Our school's term grade evaluation form consists of three parts: listening, speaking and writing, accounting for 20% of the usual grades. However, due to the lack of a unified evaluation standard, although there are students' self-evaluation and group evaluation, the decision is still in the hands of teachers. In this case, teachers need to follow the principle of educational fairness and treat all students equally and fairly. In the sixth grade of primary school, there is a common phenomenon that some students with good academic performance can listen carefully in class, but they don't like to raise their hands to speak. In view of this situation, I always talk to these students at the beginning, and at the same time agree with them on some incentive mechanisms to encourage them to think seriously and speak actively in the future classroom teaching process. In the class I teach, there are also several students with poor grades. Because teachers usually pay more attention to them and have a good relationship with teachers, they are willing to speak in class. I always affirm their attitude on the spot and give them a satisfactory score. In this way, the teacher's just attitude has established an authoritative image in students' minds, and a harmonious relationship between teachers and students is more conducive to the development of teaching work.

Fourth, seek truth from facts and "reward and punish" students fairly and reasonably.

"Reward and punishment" was originally a politician's skill in employing people. Nowadays, the use of "rewards and punishments" has become a routine means for teachers to educate, motivate and standardize students' behavior. Educational justice requires that teachers' rewards and punishments for students must be based on education, and they must be well-founded and moderately fair in implementation, so as to achieve the unity of respect and requirements. On the one hand, we should teach students in accordance with their aptitude, on the other hand, we should not allow special students to exist in the system. Rousseau once said: "We can't punish children just to punish them, but let them feel that these punishments are the natural consequences of their bad behavior." Rewards and punishments themselves are often not the main thing. What students really care about is what the teacher says about them. In teaching, at the end of each month, I will make a summary of January, summarizing the students who have achieved excellent results in the senior high school entrance examination this month and those who have made progress in their studies. At the end of one summary, I praised a student: "So-and-so will get special praise from the teacher this time. Take a look at these two papers first. " After the students circulated the two papers, they all looked at the student with new eyes. Why? It's not that this classmate's grades have advanced by leaps and bounds, but that what he writes on paper is completely different. I said to him, "You gave the teacher a surprise today, thank you!" Finally, he graduated with excellent results and was admitted to an ideal school.

Fifth, we should handle all kinds of contradictions and conflicts among students fairly and objectively.

People do not live in a vacuum. It is inevitable that students will occasionally have contradictions or even conflicts in their study and life, or with their classmates, or with schools, teachers, workers, or with all aspects of society. The principle of justice requires teachers to adhere to justice when dealing with contradictions involving students. We must investigate and study, analyze the causes, seek appropriate solutions and properly handle them. To be "fair as a scale", we should not take sides and blame one side. In our daily teaching work, students often encounter conflicts. At this time, as a teacher, the top students and underachievers in the class should be treated equally, and they should not look at each other. Top students should never cover up their mistakes, but also educate them to make them develop healthily. Underachievers should also do more investigation and realistic analysis when making mistakes. With the progress of society and the continuous improvement of teachers' self-cultivation, justice for students will be truly implemented.

Rousseau once said: Teacher, … you should be fair and kind, and portray your example in students' memory, so that you can go deep into their hearts. Confucius also said: "He is upright and does not command; His body is not right, although he does not obey. " Modern society is a democratic and equal society, and educational equity is a part of social equity. Therefore, we educators should make continuous efforts to achieve educational justice, improve students' personality and psychology, and effectively improve teaching efficiency.

Education is a caring cause. Education requires us to love students to a certain extent, and loving students means loving education. Teacher's kindness is a kind of selfless "human" (human) care and rational love. The practice of teachers' kindness and virtue plays a vital role in shaping students' ideological and moral character, forming behavior habits, healthy growth of personality and improvement of academic performance.
