According to the requirements of the Ministry of Education, in urban areas with strong impulse to choose schools, multi-school scribing can be adopted for hot primary schools and junior high schools within their jurisdiction, and computer allocation can be adopted to enroll new students to ensure fair and reasonable enrollment.

At present, public primary and secondary schools in Changchun have a clear enrollment scope regardless of the dicing method.
