The conditions for entering the entrance examination for law graduate students are as follows:

(1) Persons who register for the national unified entrance examination for postgraduate students shall meet the following conditions:

3. Physical health status meets the physical examination requirements stipulated by the state and the admissions unit.

4. The academic level of candidates must meet one of the following conditions:

(3) Those who have graduated from a higher vocational college recognized by the state for two years (from graduation to the date of admission in that year, the same below) or above, and those who have obtained a diploma recognized by the state, who meet the specific academic requirements put forward by the admissions unit for candidates according to the training objectives of this unit, shall register for the examination as undergraduate graduates with the same academic qualifications.

(4) Persons who have obtained a master's or doctoral degree.

Postgraduates must obtain the consent of the training unit before registering.
