In 2000, Shiqiao Adult Culture and Technology School held a training center for real accounting, and began to recruit real accounting students on a large scale.

In July 2003, Chen Wenwei Accounting Training Center was formally established, and the school moved from Shiqiao on Haibin Road to Daqiao North Road. The center is 50 meters away from Shiqiao bus station and 500 meters away from Shiqiao subway station, and the traffic is very convenient.
